Project Executive (ESG20PE)

Job duties :

  • Draft and monitoring the development schedule
  • Prepare project documents with customer and internal stakeholders consensus
  • Monitoring project progress to achieve agreed customer goal smoothly
  • Reporting the project progress to customer and internal members
  • Liaising with customer and internal teams for project related issues
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements :

  • Degree or Higher Diploma in Environmental, Sustainability, Social, Governance, Business or Fintech related disciplines
  • At least 1 years’ project management experience
  • Experience of working in ESG/SDG related environment is an advantage
  • Experience of dealing with multinational company is preferred
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently, self-motivated and well-organised
  • Good command of written & spoken English
  • Able to work overseas for meetings, conferences, exhibitions and visits, etc. on a needed basis

Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Project Executive.  Candidates with less experience will be considered as Project Assistant.
